COMMON QUERIES ABOUT THE PRODUCT

You can leave whenever you want, in Dwit there is no minimum contract period. You can download all the documents in PDF format and close your account. Of course, before you do we would like to know the cause of your departure, so as to help us improve and offer a better service.

Once you unsubscribe from Dwit, your account will be closed, guaranteeing the security of the data. If at any time you want to return, your information will always be available. We promise in our contract not to misuse your data.

Read-Only: you can register or modify data. Only viewing the technical datasheet.

Administrator : You can consult, modify, create and delete files, clients and products alike.

Collaborator : You can consult, modify, create and delete files, but not clients or products.

Users are registered from company maintenance, but if you are not an administrator, you can only register Read-only users.

Yes, you can have as many user accounts as you need. If you need to register an administrator account, contact Dwit and they will give you a quote for the registration of a new user in addition to creating access details for the new client.

To get a quote for the registration of a new user in Dwit, talk to Ana.

  2. To request credentials to access the platform write to supporthelpdesk@cimkey.es
  3. If you already had access but do not remember your login details, request them again by sending an email to supporthelpdesk@cimkey.es indicating your username and that of your organisation. We can also resolve doubts about the use of HD or report any type of issue.
  4. When users sign up, they receive an automatic email with an attached user guide.

COMMON QUERIES ABOUT USING THE WEBSITE

On our “contact” page you will find a phone number and a form for you to contact us quickly and easily. We also put a consultant at your disposal if need be.

On the “client access” page you can sign up and register as a new customer.

Access your client area and, by going to your profile, you can easily modify all your data.

By accessing your client area, you can update your password and change the username easily and intuitively.

Once registered on the platform, you will receive relevant communications and information of interest to you about Dwit, in order to improve your browsing experience and also to notify you of updates, news or issues so that you are always up-to-date about this tool.
